The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for each section of the Devonshire / Louetta Lakes community requires homeowners to submit plans for alterations, additions, or improvements to the exterior of their homes or lots to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to the commencement of construction activities. The ACC has thirty (30) days to act on the submitted plans and specifications. The following document, ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW GUIDELINES for OAKS OF DEVONSHIRE, DEVONSHIRE WOODS, and LOUETTA LAKES SUBDIVISIONS defines the process for obtaining ACC approval; and offers specific guidelines and standards on typical home improvement projects. Any architectural request not covered by these guidelines will be reviewed by the ACC on an individual basis. The ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL/REVIEW COMMITTEE HOME IMPROVEMENT REQUEST FORM is to be completed and submitted to the ACC prior to beginning improvement or construction activities. |
